I have grown-up all-over Canada. Quite literally. I was born in Vancouver, and have been all the way to Newfoundland and everywhere in between. Now, I have found my forever home here in Toronto. I even found a neighbourhood to settle into. Leslieville. Couldn't have been happier with this choice.
I decided to pursue massage as a career at Sutherland-Chan College of Massage Therapy. There I was able to learn the skills to treat musculoskeletal needs with Swedish massage, deep tissue, hydrotherapy, therapeutic exercises, postural assessments, joint mobilizations, fascial work, and self-care. This has allowed me to help a wide variety of clients on their journey to living their best life.
With massage I can help you with achieve relaxation in your mind and body, reduce stress, reduce pain, rehabilitate an old or new injury, get to the root cause of your issue and more.

I’m a caring and dedicated certifying doula, here to offer holistic support and guidance to expectant parents during this incredibly transformative time in their lives. I deeply understand the physical, emotional, and educational needs of my clients, and have become a trusted partner in the birthing community.
I’m based in the East End of Toronto and focus my services there. My journey into the world of doula services began when my sister had her first child. Although I don’t have children of my own, being with my sister during her birthing experience made me realize my calling. I was meant to be a big sister—to offer support and help others along their way in life. I want to be there for you and assist in any way I can.
I offer a wide range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each family I work with. My offerings include:
Prenatal Support
I provide personalized education and resources to help parents prepare for childbirth, including birth planning and relaxation techniques.
Labour and Birth Support
I am a steadfast presence during labor, offering physical comfort measures, emotional reassurance, and advocacy to ensure my clients' birth preferences are respected.
Postpartum Care
I assist new families with the transition to parenthood, providing guidance on newborn care, breastfeeding support, and emotional well-being.
Pregnancy Massage
I am a registered massage therapist that has years of treating pregnant clients.

♥ Birthing Package ♥
1 Free Consultation
Let's meet and see if we're a good match.
● Duration: 60 minutes (via Zoom)
2 Prenatal Appointments
We'll have two visits (in your home, at a cafe, etc.) to chat about your pregnancy, go over your birth plan, answer any questions, address concerns, and prepare for labor with comfort techniques.
1st Appointment:
● Duration: 2 hours
● Scheduled at 32 weeks
2nd Appointment:
● Duration: 2 hours
● Scheduled at 37 weeks
Labour Support
I'll be there for you (and your partner) during active labor and birth, whether at home or in the hospital. I'll use various comfort measures like massage, aromatherapy, breathing and relaxation techniques, positioning, and more.
I will remain by your side for postpartum support 2 hours after the birth, including assistance in establishing a breastfeeding relationship.
● Duration: Minimum of 2 hours
Postnatal Visit
I'll come to your home or hospital to support breastfeeding and offer assistance and information. We can discuss your birth experience, life with a newborn, baby wearing, community resources, or any other concerns your family may have.
This visit is scheduled at your request.
Some of the postpartum services I offer include:
● Breastfeeding support
● Emotional and physical recovery assistance
● Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
● Newborn care (diapering, bathing, feeding, comforting)
● Light meal preparation (heating up meals)
● Baby soothing techniques
● Referrals to local resources (parenting classes, pediatricians, lactation support, parenting groups)
1 Scheduled Appointment
● Duration: 2 Hours
● Up to 2 weeks after birth
Pricing
$1,500 for all 4 appointments and the free consultation (taxes included).
As I'm a certifying doula, I’m offering a 40% discount on the package price.

Daytime per hour: $42

♥ Massage Add On ♥
You can enhance any of your prenatal or postpartum appointments with a soothing 60-minute massage. Just schedule it for the same day as your appointment. You can add on to multiple appointments.
As a Registered Massage Therapist, this 60-minute treatment can be covered by your insurance. I can bring my portable massage chair or provide the massage right on your bed or chair at home. Plus, I can bring my hot stones at no extra charge for an even more comforting experience.
